Our Disability and Mental Health Services program provides a range of services to people living with disabilities - Expression of Interest (EOI) is an initial call for people with particular skills, capabilities, or experience to demonstrate their interest in potential upcoming roles with Prospect Community Services Ltd.
  • Prospect provides services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), in home support, and community access. We provide these services and supports with respect and flexibility.

Human Resources Manager

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the organisation’s human resources services (requirements).
  • The successful applicant will have:
  • Demonstrated experience (minimum two (2) years) in a human resources management role;
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources management or similar discipline or working towards formal qualifications;
  • Proven ability to interpret legislation, regulations, Awards, policies and procedures (preferably in Health or Community Services);
  • Proven ability to interact positively with management and staff at all levels of the organisation in the resolution of HR issues;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including interviewing, coaching, negotiating and report writing;
  • Demonstrated experience in development of organisational policies;
  • Experience in Workplace, Health and Safety, WorkCover and Return to Work is desirable;
  • Demonstrated high level IT skills including familiarity and experience with using Microsoft Office products;
  • Commitment to quality improvement activities and the proven ability to develop and implement HR initiatives to meet the needs of the organisation;
