Service Operations Manager

Prospect Community Services Ltd. is currently seeking a highly-skilled Service Operations Manager to join its Charters Towers-based Leadership Team to provide full operational oversight of the organisation’s Disability and Mental Health, Domestic and Family Violence, Community Housing, and Family and Youth Support service areas.
  • This “hands-on” senior role is responsible for ensuring each area delivers quality client-focused services while operating strictly within the organisation’s policy framework, delegations, contractual, legislative and regulatory requirements, and budgetary guidelines.
  • The successful applicant will have at minimum:
  • Demonstrated experience (minimum three (3) years) in senior management and leadership roles within multifaceted community services organisations, including proven experience in: Operational management in the disability and mental health services, family and youth support, community housing, and/or domestic and family violence sectors; Community/human services contract management, service coordination, and service design and development; and Business resource management (human, technological, and physical);
  • Applied understanding of current legislative and regulatory frameworks, standards, and rules governing community/ human services delivery;
  • Exceptional people management and capability-building skills, and commitment to observing and implementing work health and safety (WHS) requirements;
  • High-level interpersonal, relationship-building, and oral and written communication skills;
  • Sound financial acumen and literacy, and business analytical skills; and
  • Advanced project management capability.

Business Development & Marketing Manager

Prospect Community Services Ltd. is currently seeking a highly-skilled Business Development and Marketing Manager to join its Charters Towers-based Leadership Team to manage the organisation’s overall business development, marketing, and communications functions.
  • This newly-created “hands-on” senior role will also be the guardian of the Prospect Community Services Ltd. brand.
  • The successful applicant will have at minimum:
  • Demonstrated experience (minimum three (3) years) in sales and marketing for a high-profile brand in a competitive marketplace, including proven experience in: Sales, marketing, and stakeholder engagement strategy and plan development and execution; New business prospecting, development and acquisition, and existing client base retention; Revenue or yield management; Meeting and exceeding sales targets; and Communication management for multiple audiences, including website, online content, e-marketing, and social media management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, relationship-building, influencing, negotiation, and oral and written communication skills;
  • High-level people management and capability-building skills, and commitment to observing and implementing work health and safety (WHS) requirements;
